How do I book a bell tent?

Simply fill in the booking enquiry form, email or call us with your requirements and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

When do I need to pay? 

To reserve your required date we require a deposit of £50.  The balance of your booking is payable two weeks prior to your event date.  We also ask for a payment method which may be charged if any rented items are missing or damaged.

When will you set up my bell tent? 

We will arrange a mutually agreed time to set up and pack away the tent.  For weekend bookings we will usually set up on Friday afternoon and collect everything on Sunday afternoon or Monday morning.

How much space do I need?

You will need an area of 7 square metres for a 5 metre bell tent in order to peg the tent down.  This must be a grassed, level area with no overhanging branches.

How much does delivery cost? 

Delivery charges are included for locations within 10 miles of Newport Pagnell.  We can deliver beyond this area for an extra cost, please ask if you are outside this range.

How many people can the tent sleep?

Up to six adults can sleep comfortably in a 5m bell tent.  Our sleepover package includes any combination of single or double airbeds for up to six people. For example: 6 x singles, 1 double and 4 singles or 3 doubles.

Is the tent waterproof?

Yes, our tents are made from quality cotton fireproof canvas with a built in ground sheet.  

Can I hire a bell tent for longer than 2 nights?

Yes, please ask about pricing for additional days hire.
